Join us to discuss considerations during the strategic planning process to successfully achieve both your business and personal goals. Our guest will be Sharon Gillis owner of Gillis Works. As a business advisor and new entrepreneur herself, Sharon speaks from professional as well as personal experience.

Sharon is the owner of Gillis Works, which offers Business Consulting, seminar presentations and personal budget coaching. Sharon has a background in Finance and Insurance, and is using her experience in human resources, project management, SOP development, workflow optimization, client engagement, and business development to help organizations navigate periods of transition and growth. She lives in Cornwall with her partner, two daughters, and their rescue dog, Ruby.

Presentation will be hybrid - virtually presented, with in-person attendance at the RWBC.
