This workshop will focus on different techniques available to help employees reach their potential. Participants will learn about assessment templates and have the opportunity to work on case studies for practical application. Self reflection time will be included.

This workshop will be led by Elizabeth Pederson. Elizabeth has spent her career helping others. She has been an Adult Educator for over 25 years, both in a formal setting, teaching various post secondary courses, and as a manager guiding staff to success.
