Taking care of the mind, body & spirit as a whole is important to me as it goes into my care practice. I’m a Holistic Doula caring for families and holding Mamas during pregnancy , birth & postpartum here in Prince Edward Island, Canada. My vision here on the island is to be able to support mothers in the wild journey of motherhood to make sure they have their Village, Value & Vision.
