One thing we know for sure in life, is that change will always be a part of it. Change has many layers and is a challenge for most of us. This session, facilitated by Elizabeth Pederson will look at how you deal with change.
Elizabeth has spent her career helping others. She has been an Adult Educator for over 25 years, both in a formal setting, teaching various post secondary courses, and as a manager guiding staff to success.
There are certainties that come with change…..these will be reviewed and discussed. There will be several resources offered to include in your “Change ToolKit” that you will start to develop at this session and hopefully continue to develop as you go along. The session will be interactive, with discussion, videos, self-reflection and question and answer period.
This is a small group interactive webinar with a limit of 12 participants. Registered participants will receive a Self-Assessment Checklist to complete prior to the session. The Checklist will be discussed at the workshop and the results will help give a broad spectrum of reactions and responses to change.
Once you register to attend, you will receive the Zoom meeting link to join the session as well as a copy of the Assessment.
This webinar is open to PEIBWA members at no charge. Non-members are welcome to attend but a $25 registration fee will apply.
