Join us for Conversation Corner this week for a discussion on Seniors in Business, with guest Wendy Mayhew.
Are you over fifty and starting a business? Join us as we welcome Wendy Mayhew, founder of WISE – Seniors in Business who will talk about this fastest growing segment of entrepreneurship in the world – senior (experience and knowledge) entrepreneurs (people over the age of 50).
We will discuss the challenges senior entrepreneurs experience, resources available for support, and the value of inter-generational entrepreneurship.
Wendy recently launched a book called WISER THE Definitive Guide to Starting a Business After the Age of 50. Recognized as Canada’s leading expert on senior entrepreneurship, Wendy understands the unique challenges facing this fast-growing group. She's a sought after speaker and workshop facilitator by small business organizations now starting to realize the importance of serving this newest group of entrepreneurs.
