Leading The Way is a new program that aims to discuss topics that really matter to young entrepreneurs in 2021, provides a space for connecting with friends or meeting new ones to grow their businesses or ideas, and giving young leaders across PEI a chance to network and exchange ideas that will shape the future of PEI’s business community.

Participants in the Leading The Way program will also have the opportunity to apply for an exclusive $2500.00 Micro-Grant only offered to participants in this program. The Micro-Grant will help start or grow the participant's business well in the future.
The program will run from Thursday, October 7th to Tuesday, December 14th and sees participants meet bi-weekly in a mixture of virtual and in-person meetings and listen, learn and engage with a range of speakers on important topics identified as of particular interest for those under 30 focused on business and entrepreneurship.

Women supporting women in business After each speaker presentation, the group will discuss the material and participate in informal peer-to-peer mentoring activities. During the program, participants will have the opportunity to meet like-minded peers in a fun and relaxed environment, exchange knowledge, and build important relationships that will be instrumental to helping their businesses grow.
