Join us on November 18 as we welcome Cora Lee Dunbar, Program Officer at PEI Connectors, an initiative of the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce. Cora Lee will talk about PEI Connectors programming, as well as share stories about immigrant entrepreneurs who have made PEI their home.

Cora Lee will be joined by Program Officer and Special Project Manager, Karla Yepez, who will talk about the Lead the Shift program, also an initiative of the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce. Lead the Shift is a free equity, diversity, and inclusion training for Island employers. The goal of the program is to help promote and develop diversity and inclusion in the workplace, ensuring immigrants find employment in PEI corresponding to their education, skills, and work experience, to help address labor market shortages in the province.

Everyone is welcome to attend whether you are seeking resources for yourself or your workplace, are interested in learning more about upcoming learning opportunities, or to celebrate the success of immigrants on PEI!

Cora Lee Dunbar is PEI Connectors Program Officer. She specifically serves clients in Prince County. As a Program Officer, she helps immigrant entrepreneurs and jobseekers to build their networks through 1-1 meetings, educational programming, and networking assistance. Cora Lee has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Certified Coach and a Business Consultant. She loves connecting with people and helping them succeed in whatever aspect is important to them. www.peiconnectors.ca

NOTE: This session will be offered online only. Registration is required to attend. The ZOOM link will be circulated upon registration.
